Terms & Conditions
1 Introduction & Parties
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zuesful platform, operated by Zuesful (part of Hey Wave Digital Ltd), a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 17291142, whose registered address is 125 Princess Avenue, Worthing, United Kingdom, BN13 1AS ("Zuesful", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Zuesful platform — including our website, creator dashboard, digital product pages, competition embeds, deal embeds, and any related application or API (collectively the "Platform") — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users including competition and deal entrants, and anyone who submits their details through a Creator's Promo Page ("Entrants"), individuals or businesses who create and run Competitions, Deals, Spaces, or Digital Products via the Platform ("Creators"), people who purchase a Digital Product from a Creator through the Platform ("Customers"), and visitors to our public pages. "Creator" is used throughout these Terms as a single defined term for administrative simplicity, but is not limited to content creators in the everyday sense of that word: it includes, without limitation, brands, consultants, sales professionals and teams, tradespeople, clubs, bands, agencies, and any other individual or business using the Platform for these purposes, regardless of how they describe themselves.
Definitions:
- "Competition" — a prize draw organised independently by a Creator using Zuesful tools, in which Entrants enter for a chance to win a prize.
- "Deal" — a discount code offer created independently by a Creator using Zuesful tools, in which visitors submit their email to receive a promotional code.
- "Prize" — any item, experience, gift card, or other reward offered by a Creator in connection with a Competition.
- "Digital Product" — a downloadable file or bundle of files that a Creator offers for sale to Customers through the Platform, and "Order" means a Customer's purchase of one.
- "Affiliate Product" — a listing on a Creator's Space or Promo Page that links to a product or service sold by a third party, from which the Creator may earn a commission, and which is purchased on the third party's own website.
- "Promo Page" — a Landing Page, Lead Magnet page, Newsletter sign-up page, Waitlist or Launch page, or similar page that a Creator builds with Zuesful tools, and on which visitors may enter their details.
- "Space" — a Creator's own link-in-bio-style page on the Platform, which may list a Creator's Competitions, Deals, Digital Products, and external links together.
- "Embed" — an iframe widget generated by Zuesful that a Creator places on their own website to display a Competition, Deal, or other promo page.
- "Landing Page" — a Competition's, Deal's, or other promo page's own page hosted directly on the zuesful.com domain, provided by Zuesful as an alternative to an Embed for Creators who do not embed on their own website.
- "Content" — any text, images, data, or other material submitted by a Creator, Customer, or Entrant to the Platform.
These Terms were last updated on 15 October 2026. We may update these Terms from time to time, as set out in Clause 18 (Changes to Terms).
2 Nature of the Platform
Zuesful is a technology platform only. We provide software tools that enable Creators to independently organise, manage, and run competitions and deals. Zuesful is not an organiser, promoter, advertiser, co-promoter, or principal of any Competition or Deal hosted on the Platform.
This applies identically and without distinction regardless of whether a Competition or Deal is displayed via a Landing Page on the zuesful.com domain or via an Embed on the Creator's own website. Providing a zuesful.com Landing Page as a convenience to Creators who do not embed does not make Zuesful an organiser, promoter, or co-promoter of that Competition or Deal, and does not increase Zuesful's responsibility or liability in any way beyond what is set out in these Terms.
Each Competition and Deal is created, managed, and fulfilled exclusively by the independent Creator. Zuesful is not a party to any agreement, arrangement, or obligation between a Creator and an Entrant or Customer. No relationship of agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise is created between Zuesful and any Creator by virtue of these Terms or any use of the Platform.
Zuesful makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, legality, or quality of any Competition or Deal listed on the Platform, or regarding any Creator's ability or willingness to fulfil prizes or honour promotional codes.
Entrants and visitors acknowledge that their participation in any Competition or Deal is entirely at their own risk and that their recourse in respect of any prize, discount code, or promotional benefit lies solely with the relevant Creator.
3 Eligibility
To use the Platform as an Entrant or visitor, you must:
- Be aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher);
- Be legally permitted to participate in prize competitions in your country of residence;
- Provide accurate and truthful information when entering a Competition or revealing a Deal;
- Not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of Zuesful or of the Creator running the Competition or Deal you wish to enter;
- Comply with any additional eligibility requirements set by the Creator for a specific Competition or Deal (including geographic restrictions).
To use the Platform as a Creator, you must additionally:
- Be aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher);
- Hold a Zuesful Creator account in good standing;
- Hold a valid paid Zuesful subscription plan in order to publish content to visitors (you can create an account and build drafts without one — see Clause 13);
- Have the legal authority to bind your business or organisation to these Terms;
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to competitions, promotions, prize draws, consumer protection, advertising, and data protection.
Zuesful reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
4 Accounts & Security
To access the creator dashboard, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information;
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties;
- Notify us immediately at hello@zuesful.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
- Not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person or entity.
Account data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider. Zuesful implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats. You use the Platform at your own risk.
Zuesful may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised, used in breach of these Terms, or used fraudulently, without prior notice.
5 Entrant & Visitor Rules
When participating in a Competition or revealing a Deal code, you agree to:
- Provide an accurate email address and, where required, your name and delivery address;
- Enter only once per Competition per person unless multiple entries are explicitly permitted by the Creator;
- Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to enter Competitions or reveal Deal codes;
- Not share, transfer, or sell your winner status, claim token, or discount codes to third parties;
- Provide a valid delivery address within the geographic restriction specified for any Competition you enter;
- Claim any prize within the 48-hour window specified following notification, failing which the Creator may, at their sole discretion, re-draw a new winner;
- Accept that discount codes issued in connection with a Competition or Deal are subject to the Creator's own store or redemption-page terms, are single-use unless stated otherwise, and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
No purchase necessary. Entry to Zuesful competitions does not require any purchase.
Zuesful accepts no liability for: lost or delayed prize deliveries; prizes that differ from their description; a Creator's insolvency or closure; discount codes that fail to apply due to a Creator's own store or redemption-page configuration; or any loss or disappointment arising from non-winning status. Entrants' sole recourse in connection with any prize or promotional benefit is against the relevant Creator.
6 Creator Obligations — General
As a Creator, you accept sole responsibility for all Competitions and Deals you create and publish on the Platform. You agree to:
- Ensure all Competitions and Deals comply with applicable laws in all territories where they are promoted, including the UK Gambling Act 2005 (prize competitions vs lotteries distinction), the CAP Code, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and any applicable consumer protection, advertising standards, and promotional marketing legislation;
- Ensure your competition or promotion rules are clear, fair, and accessible to all entrants before they participate;
- Not use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading promotion;
- Not offer prizes that are unlawful, counterfeit, offensive, or that you do not have the legal right to offer;
- Not discriminate against entrants on protected characteristics;
- Cooperate with Zuesful in good faith and provide accurate information when requested;
- Immediately notify Zuesful at hello@zuesful.com of any complaint, dispute, legal challenge, regulatory enquiry, or data breach related to your use of the Platform.
Zuesful reserves the right to remove any Competition or Deal from the Platform at any time without prior notice where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or is likely to bring Zuesful into disrepute. This applies equally to Competitions and Deals displayed on a zuesful.com Landing Page and those Embedded on a Creator's own website — the manner of display does not affect Zuesful's right to remove non-compliant content.
7 Creator Obligations — Competitions
In respect of each Competition you create on the Platform, you agree that:
- You are the sole organiser and promoter of the Competition and bear full legal responsibility for it as a promotion;
- You will fulfil the stated prize to the verified winner promptly, fully, and without condition, regardless of any technical issue on the Zuesful Platform;
- For Prize Library delivery: any claim URL, voucher code, or claim instructions you store against a prize are your sole responsibility to keep accurate and valid; Zuesful stores this information securely on your behalf but does not verify, guarantee, or take any responsibility for its accuracy, validity, or redeemability;
- For Manual Prize delivery: you will contact the winner directly and fulfil the stated prize at your sole cost and responsibility; Zuesful has no involvement in or liability for delivery;
- You will respect the winner's delivery address and privacy and handle their personal data in accordance with Clause 9 of these Terms and all applicable data protection law;
- You will promptly notify Zuesful if you are unable to fulfil a prize for any reason;
- Where you choose to reject a winner and trigger a re-roll, you will record and retain an accurate reason for rejection which may be audited by Zuesful to verify fair conduct of the Competition;
- You are responsible for ensuring your Competition constitutes a lawful prize competition (i.e. involves an element of skill or satisfies the free entry route test under UK law) and is not an unlicensed lottery.
8 Creator Obligations — Deals
In respect of each Deal you create on the Platform, you agree that:
- The discount percentage and all deal terms displayed are accurate and will be honoured for any valid code issued;
- The single shared discount code and redemption link you provide are your sole responsibility to keep accurate and valid; Zuesful has no involvement in, and no visibility or control over, whether the code is honoured at the destination you specify;
- You will not issue codes for products or discounts that are unavailable, discontinued, or misrepresented;
- You accept sole responsibility if a visitor is unable to redeem a code due to your own store or redemption page's configuration, closure, or any other issue within your control;
- You will not artificially inflate the stated "original price" or "saving" in a manner that constitutes a misleading commercial practice;
- Email addresses collected from Deal reveals are your data and you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and marketing laws in respect of how you use them.
9 Data Protection & Creator Responsibilities
Creator as Data Controller. For the purposes of UK GDPR (UK General Data Protection Regulation) and, where applicable, EU GDPR, each Creator is the data controller in respect of any personal data collected from their Competition entrants, Deal reveal participants, and anyone who submits their details through their Promo Pages (including Lead Magnet downloads and Newsletter and Waitlist sign-ups) via the Zuesful Platform. Zuesful acts as a data processor, processing that personal data solely on the Creator's instructions and in accordance with these Terms.
Each Creator is solely responsible for:
- Having a valid lawful basis under Article 6 UK GDPR for all processing of entrant personal data;
- Providing adequate privacy notices to their entrants before or at the point of data collection, informing them of how their data will be used;
- Responding to data subject rights requests (including access, rectification, erasure, and portability) from their entrants within applicable legal timeframes;
- Ensuring any marketing communications sent to entrants who opt in comply with PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) and applicable anti-spam law;
- Notifying relevant supervisory authorities (including the UK Information Commissioner's Office) of any personal data breach involving entrant data within required timeframes;
- Complying with all data protection laws in all jurisdictions in which they operate or promote Competitions or Deals.
Data Processing Agreement. These Terms, read together with our Privacy Policy, constitute a Data Processing Agreement for the purposes of Article 28 UK GDPR. Zuesful commits to: processing personal data only on documented instructions from the Creator (as embodied in these Terms and the Platform's functionality); implementing appropriate technical and organisational security measures; not engaging sub-processors without notice; assisting Creators in fulfilling their GDPR obligations where technically feasible; and deleting or returning personal data upon termination of the Creator's account.
Sub-processors. Zuesful uses the following sub-processors to deliver the Platform: Supabase (database and authentication, London region), Mailgun (transactional email, EU region), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (subscription billing and Digital Product payment processing). A current list of sub-processors is available on request from hello@zuesful.com.
Zuesful accepts no liability for any Creator's failure to comply with data protection obligations, and each Creator shall indemnify Zuesful against any claims, penalties, fines, or losses arising from such failure.
10 Prize Fulfilment Disclaimer
Zuesful has no involvement in and no liability for the physical delivery of any prize to any competition winner, or the honouring of any discount code by any Creator.
Zuesful provides software tools that may facilitate: the notification of Creators of winner addresses; and the secure storage of claim URLs and voucher codes within the Prize Library. These are automated technical tools only. Zuesful does not inspect, verify, handle, ship, insure, or guarantee any prize or promotional benefit, and does not verify the accuracy or continued validity of any claim URL or voucher code stored in the Prize Library.
If a Creator fails to fulfil a prize, delivers an incorrect prize, delivers a damaged or defective prize, or fails to honour a discount code, the Entrant's or winner's sole legal recourse is against the Creator. Zuesful may, entirely at its discretion and without any obligation, attempt to mediate between an Entrant and a Creator as a courtesy, but this does not constitute acceptance of any liability by Zuesful.
Winners acknowledge that: prizes are subject to availability; prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items unless the Creator expressly agrees; and prize values stated are approximate and may vary.
11 Creator Platform Tools
Creators do not connect an external store and instead use Zuesful's own tools directly: the Prize Library for storing prize claim URLs and voucher codes, and Stripe (via Stripe Connect, see Clause 13A) for both subscription billing and Digital Product sales.
Zuesful accepts no responsibility for: Stripe outages, downtime, or API unavailability affecting billing or Digital Product sales; changes to the Stripe API that require Zuesful to modify or discontinue any billing or payment feature; or the accuracy, validity, or continued redeemability of any claim URL or voucher code a Creator stores in the Prize Library. This is a technical storage and payment-facilitation tool only, provided on the same "no involvement in fulfilment" basis set out in Clause 10.
12 Embeds, Landing Pages & Third-Party Websites
Zuesful provides Creators with an embed code (an iframe widget) to display Competitions, Deals, and other promo pages on their own websites, and/or a Landing Page hosted directly on zuesful.com. Zuesful's role, responsibilities, and liability are identical regardless of which of these a Creator chooses to use, or whether they use both. By using an Embed and/or a Landing Page, Creators acknowledge that:
- An Embed is displayed on third-party websites outside Zuesful's control; Zuesful is not responsible for the performance, availability, or appearance of any third-party website;
- A zuesful.com Landing Page is provided purely as a convenience and technical hosting service; providing it does not make Zuesful an organiser, promoter, co-promoter, or party to the Competition or Deal displayed on it, and Zuesful accepts no greater liability for content on a Landing Page than it does for the same content displayed via an Embed;
- Creators are responsible for ensuring their own website (where used) meets all applicable legal requirements, including accessibility standards, cookie consent, and privacy notices;
- Zuesful may update the Embed's or Landing Page's functionality, appearance, or behaviour at any time; Creators may need to re-copy embed codes to benefit from updates;
- Zuesful's embed branding tools (theme, accent colour, font) are provided as a courtesy feature; Zuesful makes no guarantee that a particular branding configuration will render correctly in all browsers or devices;
- Competitions and Deals may be published to a zuesful.com Landing Page and/or an Embed without prior review or approval by Zuesful. The Creator is solely responsible for the content, legality, and conduct of anything they publish, and Zuesful's lack of pre-publication review does not create any liability on Zuesful's part — see Clause 16 for the full limitation of liability.
13 Subscriptions & Payments
You can create a Creator account on the Free plan at no charge, with no payment card required, and build your Space, Competitions, Deals and Digital Products. The Free plan includes the allowances shown on our pricing page (currently one Competition per 30-day period and up to 100 entries per period) and is subject to a commission on Digital Product sales (see Clause 13A.3). A Creator on the Free plan must verify their email address and connect a verified Stripe account before publishing Competitions or selling Digital Products; connecting a Stripe account does not incur any charge from Zuesful. A paid Zuesful subscription (Starter or Pro) is required for higher allowances and additional features, including removal of the Digital Product commission. Promo Pages are included with the Pro plan and are not available on other plans. Subscription fees are billed directly by Zuesful via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Zuesful does not store full card details; these are processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own security standards and privacy policy. Creators must maintain a valid payment method on file with Stripe to access paid features.
Zuesful (Hey Wave Digital Ltd) is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to subscription fees. If we register for VAT in future, we will tell you in advance in line with the price-change notice below, and VAT will then be added at the prevailing rate. Each Creator is responsible for any VAT due on their own sales (see Clause 13A.7). Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
Zuesful reserves the right to change subscription prices with not less than 30 days' written notice to Creators. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Each plan has usage limits and features — for example the number of live Competitions and entries per month, and which Promo Page types are included — as shown on our pricing page and your Billing & Plan page. You must stay within the limits of your plan, and we may change plans and limits on notice under this clause.
Upon cancellation of a subscription: the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; no further charges are taken; your account moves to the Free plan, and any Competitions, Deals, Spaces, Promo Pages, and Digital Product pages that are outside the Free plan's allowances or features (for example Promo Pages, which are available on Pro only) become inaccessible to visitors once the subscription ends, while your account and drafts remain available unless you close your account; and if you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete or anonymise it within 90 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
13A Digital Products
This clause governs the sale of Digital Products by Creators to Customers through the Platform, in addition to the general terms elsewhere in this document.
13A.1 How a sale works. A Creator lists a Digital Product on a Zuesful-hosted product page. A Customer pays via Stripe Checkout. Payment is collected as a direct charge into the Creator's own, individually verified Stripe Connect account — Zuesful is never in possession of a Customer's payment, and funds do not pass through a Zuesful-controlled account at any point.
13A.2 The Creator is the seller. The contract for a Digital Product is formed directly between the Creator and the Customer. The Creator is the seller of record: solely responsible for the creation, description, pricing, delivery, and quality of the Digital Product, and for their own compliance with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, advertising, and tax law. Zuesful is a technology platform that facilitates the transaction only, and is not a party to the contract of sale, an agent of the Creator, or a reseller of the Digital Product.
13A.2A Review before publication. A Digital Product is reviewed before it becomes available for sale. This review is a light-touch, discretionary check — a brief look to catch things such as an empty or broken file, or content that is obviously inappropriate or non-compliant — and is not a comprehensive audit of the Digital Product's contents, accuracy, completeness, legality, or quality. Zuesful does not read, verify, or fact-check the substance of a Digital Product as part of this review, and does not verify that a Creator holds the necessary rights or permissions to sell it. Approval of a Digital Product is not, and must not be read as, an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee by Zuesful of its accuracy, quality, legality, or fitness for any purpose — responsibility for all of these remains with the Creator under Clause 13A.2 at all times, whether or not the Digital Product has been approved. Zuesful holds no liability for a Digital Product that is approved in error or that is later found not to comply with these Terms, and may remove or suspend a Digital Product, approved or not, at any time.
13A.3 Zuesful's fee. Zuesful's fee on Digital Product sales depends on the Creator's plan. Creators on the Free plan pay Zuesful a commission of 8% of the sale price of each Digital Product sold. Creators on a paid plan (Starter or Pro) pay no commission. Zuesful's commission is collected automatically by Stripe as an application fee at the time of sale. In addition, Stripe charges its own processing fees on each payment to the Creator's connected Stripe account, and those fees are the Creator's responsibility. A Customer's payment, less Zuesful's commission (if any) and Stripe's processing fees, settles to the Creator's connected Stripe account. Which fee applies to a sale is determined by the Creator's plan at the time of that sale.
13A.4 Refunds and disputes. A Creator's connected Stripe account does not include access to a Stripe-hosted dashboard of its own. Where a Creator decides, in their sole discretion, that a refund should be issued, the Creator instructs Zuesful, and Zuesful processes that refund on the Creator's behalf as the Creator's instructed agent for this purpose only — Zuesful exercises no independent judgment over whether a refund is issued and holds no liability for a Creator's decision to refund, or not to refund, a Customer. The full cost of a refund is the Creator's: the amount refunded to the Customer and Stripe's original processing fee (which Stripe does not return on a refund) are deducted from the Creator's own connected account balance, never Zuesful's. Where Zuesful's commission applies to the sale, Zuesful returns its commission on the refunded amount to the Creator, in proportion to the amount refunded. Creators are responsible for maintaining their own refund policy and for stating it on their product page if it differs from Clause 13A.5 below. Zuesful is not a party to, and accepts no responsibility for the outcome of, any refund decision.
13A.4A Disputes and chargebacks. If a Customer's card issuer raises a payment dispute (chargeback), Zuesful assists with the dispute process on the Creator's behalf and at the Creator's direction, but the Creator remains solely responsible for providing evidence and for the outcome. If the dispute is finally decided against the Creator, the disputed amount and any dispute fee charged by Stripe are deducted from the Creator's connected account balance by Stripe, never Zuesful's. In that case only, Zuesful returns its commission on the disputed sale to the Creator. Zuesful does not return its commission on a dispute that is won, withdrawn, or still open. The Customer's access to the Digital Product is switched off when a dispute is lost.
13A.5 Default refund position and statutory cancellation rights. Unless a Creator's own product page states a more generous policy, sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable once download access has been granted, except as required by law. This reflects the following statutory position for UK consumers: under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134), a consumer ordinarily has a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for digital content. However, regulation 37 permits a trader to begin supplying digital content within that 14-day period, extinguishing the cancellation right, where the consumer has given express consent to immediate supply and has acknowledged that they will lose their right to cancel once supply begins. The checkbox presented at checkout states that the Customer agrees to Zuesful's Terms of Service, consents to immediate access to the Digital Product, and understands that they lose their right to cancel once access begins. By ticking it and completing an Order, a Customer gives that express consent and acknowledgment, and confirms they understand that download access will be granted immediately and that their statutory cancellation right is lost from that point. This does not affect a Customer's separate statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose — those rights are unaffected and should be raised with the Creator in the first instance.
13A.6 Licence to use a purchased Digital Product. Unless the Creator's own product page expressly states otherwise, a Customer who purchases a Digital Product receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for their own personal or internal business use only. A Customer may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share a Digital Product, or the licence to it, with any third party unless the Creator has expressly permitted this on the product page. Zuesful holds no responsibility for, and does not monitor, a Customer's compliance with this clause or a Creator's own licence terms; enforcement against a Customer who breaches it is the Creator's responsibility.
13A.7 Tax. Each Creator is solely responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting any VAT, sales tax, or other tax due on their own Digital Product sales, and for their own tax registration status. Zuesful accepts no responsibility for a Creator's tax obligations and does not act as a tax agent or collect tax on a Creator's behalf.
13A.8 Stripe's own terms. By using Stripe Connect to receive payment for Digital Products, a Creator also agrees to Stripe's own Connected Account Agreement, which governs the Creator's relationship with Stripe directly and is not controlled by Zuesful.
13A.9 Stripe verification and payouts. To receive payment for Digital Products, a Creator must complete Stripe's onboarding and identity verification, and keep their connected account in good standing. Stripe makes its own independent decisions about verification, holds, and the timing of payouts; Zuesful does not control these decisions and accepts no responsibility for them. A Digital Product cannot go on sale until the Creator's connected Stripe account is able to accept payments.
13A.10 What may be sold. A Creator may only offer Digital Products that they have the right to sell and that are lawful. A Digital Product must not: infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights; contain malware or anything designed to harm a device or system; be unlawful or defamatory, or promote violence, hatred or discrimination; contain sexually explicit content; or fall within a category that Stripe prohibits or restricts for its users. Zuesful may decline, remove, or suspend any Digital Product, and may restrict a Creator's ability to sell, at its discretion (see also Clause 13A.2A).
13A.11 Discount codes. A Creator may create discount codes for their own Digital Products. The Creator alone decides each code's value, the products it applies to, its expiry and its usage limit, and the cost of the discount is the Creator's. Where a code is applied, the Customer pays the discounted price, and Zuesful's commission (if any) under Clause 13A.3 is calculated on the price actually paid after the discount. Codes have no cash value. Zuesful may disable a code that is misused, and a code cannot be applied where the price after the discount would fall below the minimum amount Stripe can process.
13A.12 Digital Products given as prizes. A Creator may offer one of their own Digital Products as a Competition prize. Once a winner has been selected, the Creator may generate a private download link for the winner. A prize link gives the winner the Digital Product free of charge: no payment is taken, no Zuesful commission applies, and the transfer is not treated as a sale. The Creator is responsible for sending the link only to the winner, and may cancel a link and generate a new one at any time (for example if a winner is re-drawn or a link is shared in error); a cancelled link stops working immediately. A prize link does not expire unless it is cancelled. Clause 13A.6 applies to a Digital Product received as a prize, and the Creator remains responsible for running the Competition in accordance with these Terms.
13B Affiliate Products
This clause applies where a Creator adds an Affiliate Product to their Space or a Promo Page.
13B.1 How it works. An Affiliate Product is a link to a product or service sold by a third party. When a visitor follows the link they leave the Platform, and any purchase is made on the third party's own website, under the third party's own terms. Zuesful does not process the payment, is not a party to the sale, and does not receive any commission or fee from it. Zuesful may count clicks on Affiliate Products so that Creators can see how their links perform (see our Privacy Policy).
13B.2 The Creator's responsibilities. A Creator who promotes an Affiliate Product must: comply with the third party's affiliate or partner programme terms; clearly and prominently disclose their commercial relationship with the third party wherever required by law or by the CAP Code and CMA guidance (for example, by labelling the link as an affiliate link or an advertisement); ensure that what they say about the product, its price, and its availability is accurate and not misleading; and not promote any product or service that is unlawful or that they are not permitted to promote.
13B.3 No endorsement or liability. Zuesful does not review, verify, endorse, or guarantee any Affiliate Product, or the third party's website, pricing, availability, or service, and accepts no responsibility for any dispute, loss, or commission issue between a Creator, a visitor, and a third party. Zuesful may remove an Affiliate Product at any time where it reasonably believes it breaches these Terms.
14 Intellectual Property
All software, code, design, trade marks, logos, text, graphics, and other content created by or for Zuesful ("Zuesful IP") is owned by or licensed to Zuesful and protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Zuesful IP without our prior written consent.
By submitting Content to the Platform (including competition descriptions, deal descriptions, banner images, and terms and conditions), Creators grant Zuesful a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and transmit that Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Platform.
Creators represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to any Content they submit, and that such Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
The Zuesful name, logo, and branding may not be used by Creators in any marketing material, press release, or public statement without Zuesful's prior written consent.
The names and logos of third-party services shown on the Platform and on Zuesful's website (including video, music, podcast and booking providers that Creators can embed) are trade marks of their respective owners. They are shown only to identify those services, and their use does not mean that Zuesful is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those owners. All such rights remain with the relevant owners.
15 Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Conduct, organise, or promote an unlicensed lottery, illegal gambling activity, or any promotion that requires regulatory approval which has not been obtained;
- Engage in or facilitate fraud, deception, identity theft, or financial crime;
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any system;
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without Zuesful's prior written consent;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform;
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to enter competitions, reveal deal codes, or interact with the Platform;
- Create fake entries, fake accounts, or artificially inflate entry counts or view counts;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse Zuesful staff, other Creators, Entrants, or Customers;
- Use the Platform for any purpose that competes with or is intended to replace Zuesful's core business.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice, and may be reported to law enforcement agencies.
16 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
16.1 Disclaimer of warranties. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Zuesful does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. Zuesful does not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability of the Platform, and accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or negative outcome arising from downtime, outages, bugs, glitches, or other technical errors affecting the Platform, whether or not such errors are within Zuesful's reasonable control.
16.2 Aggregate liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zuesful's total aggregate liability to any user (whether in contract, tort including negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total subscription fees actually paid by that Creator to Zuesful in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
16.3 Exclusion of indirect loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zuesful shall not be liable for any: loss of profits; loss of revenue; loss of business; loss of anticipated savings; loss of goodwill; loss of data; wasted management or staff time; or any indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damages, regardless of whether Zuesful was advised of the possibility of such losses.
16.4 Third-party acts. Zuesful accepts no liability whatsoever for any act or omission of any Creator, any entrant, Stripe, Mailgun, or any other third party. Zuesful is not liable for: a Creator's failure to fulfil a prize; a Creator's failure to honour a discount code; a Creator's breach of data protection law; a Creator's compliance or non-compliance with competition law, gambling law, or any other applicable regulation; or any dispute between a Creator and an Entrant.
16.5 No liability for Competitions or Deals, regardless of hosting method. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, and for the avoidance of all doubt: Zuesful accepts no liability whatsoever, of any kind, for any Competition or Deal published on the Platform, or for any loss, cost, damage, claim, or consequence of any kind arising from it — whether arising from the Competition or Deal itself, its administration, its fulfilment, or a Creator's compliance or non-compliance with any legal or regulatory requirement applicable to it. This applies identically and without any distinction whether the Competition or Deal is displayed via a Landing Page on the zuesful.com domain, or Embedded on the Creator's own website. Zuesful permits Creators to publish Competitions and Deals to the Platform without prior review or approval; this absence of pre-publication review does not create, extend, or imply any liability on Zuesful's part, and responsibility for any misuse of the Platform, or for any Competition or Deal that does not comply with applicable law, rests entirely and exclusively with the Creator who created and published it.
16.6 Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Zuesful's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law. If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract, and these Terms do not affect those rights.
16.7 Creator indemnification. Each Creator agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zuesful, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) the Creator's use of the Platform; (b) any Competition or Deal created by the Creator, however it is hosted or displayed; (c) any Digital Product the Creator sells, including any refund, chargeback, Customer dispute, or quality, licensing, or legal-compliance claim relating to it; (d) the Creator's breach of these Terms; (e) the Creator's breach of any applicable law or regulation; (f) the Creator's failure to fulfil a prize or honour a discount code; (g) the Creator's breach of data protection obligations; or (h) any Content submitted by the Creator. This indemnification obligation survives termination of the Creator's account.
17 Termination & Suspension
Zuesful may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability:
- Suspend or terminate any user's access to the Platform for breach of these Terms;
- Remove or take down any Competition or Deal that violates these Terms or applicable law;
- Suspend the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons;
- Discontinue the Platform entirely, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Creators may cancel their subscription at any time via the Billing & Plan page in their portal, or by contacting hello@zuesful.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the current period unless required by law.
Upon termination of a Creator account for any reason: live Competitions, Deals, Spaces, Promo Pages and Digital Products will be deactivated; Creator data will be deleted or anonymised within 90 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy; obligations that by their nature should survive termination (including Clause 9 data protection obligations, Clause 16 liability limitations, and Clause 16.7 indemnification) shall survive.
18 General Provisions
Force majeure. Zuesful shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation: acts of God; war; terrorism; riot; civil commotion; pandemic; governmental action; power or internet failure; cyberattacks; or failure of third-party services including Stripe, Supabase, or Mailgun.
Governing law & jurisdiction. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that Zuesful may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
Dispute resolution. Before commencing legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by good faith negotiation for a period of 30 days following written notice of the dispute. This does not restrict either party's right to seek urgent interim relief from a court.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms communicated to you at the time of subscription, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zuesful in relation to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver. Any failure by Zuesful to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Zuesful's prior written consent. Zuesful may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, with notice to affected users.
Notices. Notices to Zuesful under these Terms should be sent to hello@zuesful.com or by post to 125 Princess Avenue, Worthing, United Kingdom, BN13 1AS. Notices from Zuesful to you will be sent to the email address registered on your account.
Changes to Terms. Zuesful may update these Terms from time to time. We will give registered users not less than 14 days' notice of material changes by email; other changes (such as corrections and clarifications) take effect when published. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period, or after other changes are published, constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available at zuesful.com/terms.

Privacy Policy
1 Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Zuesful (part of Hey Wave Digital Ltd), Company Number 17291142, of 125 Princess Avenue, Worthing, United Kingdom, BN13 1AS ("Zuesful", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use the Zuesful platform as a Creator, Customer, entrant, or visitor.
Zuesful (part of Hey Wave Digital Ltd) is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller, registration reference ZC259082.
This policy applies to data processed by Zuesful as a data controller (in respect of Creator account data, Customer order data, and platform usage data) and as a data processor acting on behalf of Creators (in respect of entrant and visitor data).
We are committed to protecting your personal data and processing it in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hello@zuesful.com.
Note to Creators: you are the data controller for personal data collected from your competition entrants and deal reveal participants. Please read Section 6 carefully.
2 Summary
In plain English, here is what you need to know:
- We collect only the data we need to operate the Platform.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Creators are responsible for how they use entrant data they collect through Zuesful tools.
- We use Supabase (database, London), Mailgun (email, EU region), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (Creator billing and Digital Product payments). These are our sub-processors.
- Our database is hosted in the UK (London) and our email is sent through Mailgun's EU region. Our hosting provider and some other providers may process data outside the UK or EEA, with appropriate safeguards (see Section 13).
- We email Creators (account and service messages) and Customers (purchase confirmations and access links). We do not send emails to entrants or visitors.
- You have rights over your data. Contact hello@zuesful.com to exercise them.
3 Data We Collect
3.1 Creator account data (Zuesful as data controller)
- Display name, email address, and password (via Supabase Auth)
- Email verification: a one-time code we send to your email address to confirm it belongs to you, and a record of whether and when your email was verified
- Profile details you choose to add, including bio, avatar, and social media handles
- Subscription status and billing references (via Stripe)
- Prize Library entries you create, including any claim URL or voucher code you choose to store
- Competition, deal, Space, and Digital Product content you create (titles, descriptions, images, files, T&Cs)
- Platform usage data and activity logs
- Communications you send to Zuesful support
3.2 Customer data (Zuesful as data controller, for a Digital Product Order)
- Email address and name (collected by Stripe at checkout and shared with Zuesful and the relevant Creator to fulfil the Order)
- Order details: the Digital Product purchased, price paid, and Order date
- Consent given to the Creator's and Zuesful's terms at checkout, and to the digital-content cancellation-rights waiver described in Clause 13A.5 of the Terms & Conditions
We do not collect or store card details for a Digital Product purchase; these are processed and held by Stripe. See Section 6 for how Stripe is involved.
3.3 Entrant / visitor data (Zuesful as data processor on behalf of Creators)
- Email address (required for competition entry and deal reveals). Where a Creator gives a Digital Product as a competition prize, the winner's email address is also used to create their private prize download link, on the Creator's behalf
- Name (optional, if required by the Creator)
- Delivery address (collected only from competition winners at the prize claim stage)
- Marketing opt-in status (yes/no)
- Entry timestamp and source
- For Lead Magnet downloads, Newsletter sign-ups and Waitlist sign-ups: the email address (and name, if requested) a visitor submits, and the marketing consent they give
3.4 Technical and usage data
- IP address and browser details, used for security and fraud prevention, and to create a one-way hashed identifier (we do not store the raw IP address for this) so that we can count unique views of Spaces and campaign pages
- Aggregate click and view counts for links, affiliate links, and campaign pages
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited and features used
- Session data stored in sessionStorage (for view deduplication — this data never leaves your browser)
We do not collect payment card data directly. All payment processing — Creator subscription billing and Digital Product purchases alike — is handled by Stripe.
4 Lawful Basis for Processing
We rely on the following lawful bases under Article 6 UK GDPR:
- Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): Processing Creator account data to fulfil our subscription agreement with you; processing entrant data to facilitate competition entry and prize delivery as contracted with Creators; processing Customer and Order data to fulfil a Digital Product purchase.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): Analytics and platform improvement; fraud prevention and security monitoring; communicating relevant product updates to Creators; view and usage tracking to operate the Platform effectively.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Marketing communications to entrants or visitors who have opted in to receive marketing from a specific Creator (Creators are responsible for obtaining and recording this consent); and a Customer's express consent to immediate digital delivery described in Clause 13A.5 of the Terms & Conditions.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): Retaining financial records for tax and accounting compliance; responding to lawful requests from supervisory authorities.
5 How We Use Your Data
Creator data is used to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Platform
- Process your subscription and manage billing via Stripe
- Process a Digital Product sale and pay you via your connected Stripe account
- Send service emails to Creators (account verification, subscription and billing updates, product review and platform notices)
- Provide support and respond to enquiries
- Detect and prevent fraud and misuse
- Comply with legal obligations
Customer data is used to:
- Process the Order and take payment via Stripe
- Send the Customer a purchase confirmation and a download or access link by email
- Give the relevant Creator the details they need to fulfil the Order and support the Customer
- Keep records for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes
Entrant and visitor data is used to:
- Register competition entries and deal reveals
- Provide a secure page where winners submit their delivery details, so the Creator can fulfil the prize
- Register Lead Magnet downloads, Newsletter sign-ups and Waitlist sign-ups for the Creator
- Enable Creators to view and manage their entries and reveals
- Generate anonymised analytics on entry volumes and view counts
- Enable Creators to send marketing to opted-in entrants (subject to the Creator's own compliance obligations)
Zuesful does not send emails to entrants or visitors. If a Creator contacts their own entrants or subscribers (for example to tell a winner they have won, or to send marketing they have opted in to), that message comes from the Creator, who is responsible for it.
We do not use personal data for automated individual decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
6 Zuesful as Data Processor — Creator Responsibilities
When Zuesful collects personal data from competition entrants, deal reveal participants, or visitors who sign up through a Promo Page, on behalf of a Creator, Zuesful acts as a data processor. The Creator is the data controller for that data.
This means that each Creator is independently and solely responsible for:
- Having a valid lawful basis to collect and process entrant personal data;
- Providing a privacy notice to entrants that explains how their data will be used by the Creator;
- Ensuring any marketing sent to opted-in entrants complies with PECR and all applicable law;
- Responding to data subject access requests, erasure requests, and other rights requests from entrants within applicable legal deadlines;
- Notifying supervisory authorities of any personal data breach involving entrant data;
- Complying with all applicable data protection laws in all territories where they operate.
Zuesful expressly disclaims all liability for any Creator's failure to comply with their data controller obligations. Creators shall indemnify Zuesful in full against any claim, fine, penalty, or loss arising from the Creator's failure to comply with applicable data protection law.
Our processing of entrant data on Creators' behalf is governed by the data processing provisions in Clause 9 of the Terms & Conditions.
7 Data Storage & Security
All Platform data is stored by Supabase, hosted in the United Kingdom (London) region. Website and embed delivery is provided by Vercel, which may use servers in the EEA and United States (subject to appropriate transfer safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses). Transactional email is sent through Mailgun, using its EU region. For more information on Supabase's hosting regions, see supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/regions.
Zuesful implements the following technical and organisational security measures:
- Data encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all Platform communications
- Data encryption at rest for database storage
- Row-level security policies to ensure Creators can only access their own data
- Access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
- Regular security monitoring and vulnerability assessment
Despite these measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Zuesful cannot guarantee absolute security and accepts no liability for unauthorised access to personal data resulting from a security breach beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of a personal data breach affecting Zuesful as data controller (Creator account data or Customer Order data), we will notify affected Creators or Customers and the ICO where required by law within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
8 Data Sharing & Sub-Processors
Zuesful does not sell personal data to any third party. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication. Data is stored and processed by Supabase in the United Kingdom (London). Supabase Privacy Policy · Supabase Hosting Regions
- Mailgun: Transactional email delivery (account and service emails to Creators, and purchase confirmations and access links to Customers), using its EU region. Mailgun Privacy Policy
- Vercel: Website and embed hosting. Vercel Privacy Policy
- Stripe: Payment processing for Creator subscriptions and Digital Product purchases. For a Digital Product purchase, Stripe also shares a Customer's order data with the relevant Creator so they can fulfil it. Data shared with Stripe is governed by Stripe's own policies and, for Creators, the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Google (Analytics): Only if you consent to analytics cookies, aggregate usage measurement. Google Privacy Policy
- Creators: Entrant data (email, name, marketing opt-in, winner address) is visible to the relevant Creator whose Competition or Deal the entrant participated in. A Customer's Order data (email, name, product purchased) is visible to the Creator who sold the Digital Product.
- Legal and regulatory: We may disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, courts, or regulatory authorities where required by law or court order.
We require all sub-processors to maintain appropriate data protection standards and enter into data processing agreements with us.
9 Cookies & Tracking
The Zuesful Platform uses a minimal set of cookies and browser storage:
- Authentication: Stored in your browser by Supabase (in a cookie or local storage) to keep you signed in. Strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without preventing access to the Platform.
- Creator dashboard preferences (signed-in creators only): Your left-menu section choices, and a short-lived (5 minute) cache of your own account details, so pages you already have open load instantly. Neither leaves your browser.
- Cookie consent choices: Which categories below you've accepted or rejected, stored in your browser so we don't ask again on every visit.
- Analytics: Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate use of the Platform. It uses cookies and online identifiers to tell visitors apart, and may receive technical data such as your approximate location, device, and browser. We do not use it for advertising. Google acts as our service provider, and data may be transferred to the United States under appropriate safeguards. You can withdraw your consent at any time using “Cookie Preferences” in the footer.
- Checkout (Stripe): When you buy a Digital Product, Stripe's secure checkout page may set its own cookies, which are governed by Stripe's policies.
- Functional (third-party content): With your consent, embedded videos, music, podcasts and booking calendars (YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Podcasts, Loom, Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar, HubSpot Meetings, Acuity Scheduling, YouCanBook.me, SimplyBook.me and Zoho Bookings) on some pages. Until you consent, a placeholder is shown instead and nothing is loaded from those services. Clicking play on one item counts as your consent for this category, so other embedded players and calendars on the page may then load too. If you book through an embedded calendar, the details you enter are handled by that booking provider under its own privacy policy, not by Zuesful.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels for third-party advertising, or any form of cross-site behavioural tracking.
10 Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in respect of personal data for which Zuesful is the data controller (primarily Creator account data and Customer Order data):
- Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to restrict processing: Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right not to be subject to automated decision-making: We do not make solely automated decisions that significantly affect you.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@zuesful.com. We will respond within one calendar month.
Entrant and visitor rights: If you are an entrant in a competition or have revealed a deal code, Zuesful processes your data on behalf of the relevant Creator. To exercise your rights in respect of that data, you should contact the Creator directly. You may also contact Zuesful, and we will assist where possible, but the data controller responsibilities rest with the Creator.
Complaints to us: If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you can complain to us directly at hello@zuesful.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it, and tell you the outcome without undue delay. For entrant or visitor data held for a Creator, you can also complain to that Creator, who is the data controller, and we will help where we can.
ICO complaints: You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully. Visit ico.org.uk or call 0303 123 1113.
11 Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes it was collected for, or as the law requires. To be open about how this works in practice: we do not currently run automated deletion on a fixed schedule. Instead, we delete personal data when you (or the relevant Creator) ask us to, and when an account is closed, and we review the data we hold from time to time.
- Creator account data: Kept while your account is open. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete or anonymise it within 90 days, except for records we must keep by law (see below).
- Digital Product Order data and financial records: Kept for 7 years from the date of the transaction, to meet tax, accounting, and dispute-handling requirements.
- Entrant and visitor data (held for Creators): This is the Creator's data, and the Creator decides how long to keep it. We keep it while the Creator's account is open, and delete it when the Creator asks us to, or when the Creator's account is closed (within 90 days).
- Winner delivery addresses: Held so the Creator can fulfil the prize. Creators should ask us to delete an address once the prize has been delivered, and we will do so on request.
- Support communications: Kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted on review or on request.
Asking us to delete your data. Email hello@zuesful.com and we will respond within one calendar month. If you are an entrant or visitor, your data is held for the relevant Creator, so we may pass your request to them, or ask them to confirm, before deleting it. Any request is subject to the legal retention obligations above.
12 Children
The Platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 18 without appropriate parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that their Competitions and Deals are not targeted at or accessible to minors, and that their own privacy notices and participation rules address minimum age requirements appropriately.
13 International Data Transfers
Zuesful is based in the United Kingdom. The Platform processes data under UK GDPR (for UK-based Creators and entrants) and, where Creators target entrants in the European Economic Area, EU GDPR may also apply.
Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA (for example, to Vercel's US-based servers, or where Stripe or Google process data outside the UK or EEA), we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Creators who operate in or target entrants from multiple jurisdictions are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Zuesful complies with all applicable data protection laws in those jurisdictions, including but not limited to: EU GDPR, California CCPA, Canadian PIPEDA, and Australian Privacy Act 1988.
14 Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. We will provide not less than 14 days' notice of material changes by email to registered Creator accounts; other changes (such as corrections and clarifications) take effect when published. The current version is always available at zuesful.com/terms.
This Privacy Policy was last updated on 15 October 2026.
