Getting Started
Quick start guide
Get from zero to your first live competition, deal or Space in four steps. You can build everything for free; you only need a plan when you publish.
1
Create your Creator account
Sign up at zuesful.com/creator/register using your email address. Verify your email to activate your account.
2
Set up your profile and choose a plan (or start free)
After signing up you'll add your display name and bio, then pick a plan, or choose Continue for free to start building straight away. You can build and save drafts for free, and subscribe whenever you're ready to publish. Plans start from £14.99/month; see your Billing page for current options.
Plan details →
3
Add a prize to your Prize Library (optional but recommended)
Go to your Prize Library and add a prize once — a gift card, voucher, experience, or physical item. You can then reuse it across any competition without re-entering the details each time.
Prize Library guide →
4
Build your first competition, deal, Space, or Digital Product
There's no fixed order — start wherever makes sense for you. Go to the Competition Builder, Deal Builder, My Spaces, or Digital Products, fill in the details, choose your branding, and publish (publishing needs an active plan). Competitions, deals and Spaces go live immediately, with their own Zuesful-hosted page you can share directly, plus an embed code if you'd rather add it to your own website or blog. Digital Products get a quick review before they go on sale.

Getting Started
Plans & billing
Zuesful for Creators is billed directly by Zuesful through Stripe. No store or platform connection is required.
🆓
Build for free, pay to publish
You can create an account and build drafts of your Space, competitions, deals and Digital Products without a subscription. An active plan is needed to publish them so visitors can see them. There's no free trial. Promo pages are a Pro feature (see below).
⭐
Starter: £14.99/month or £149/year
Up to 5 competitions live at the same time and 500 entries per billing cycle.
🚀
Pro: £29/month or £299/year
Unlimited live competitions and 10,000 entries per billing cycle, plus promo pages: Waitlist, Link Page, Newsletter, Landing Page and Lead Magnet. Switching to annual billing saves up to 17%.
💳
Manage your plan on the Billing page
Your Billing page shows your current plan, usage and renewal date, and is always the source of truth if plans or limits change. You can switch between monthly and annual, or cancel, from there.
✅ Included on every plan
Your Space (link-in-bio page) · Automated winner selection · Prize Library for reusable prizes · Winner address collection for physical prizes · Unlimited deals & email-gated reveals · Unlimited Digital Products (0% Zuesful fee) · Embed branding (theme, accent colour, font) · Bonus entry tasks & video links · Entrant email list & CSV export · Analytics & view tracking · Cancel anytime
Spaces
Build your Space
Your Space is your own link-in-bio page — everything you run on Zuesful in one place. Go to My Spaces to get started.
1
Set your profile
Upload a profile photo (separate from your main Creator avatar, so your Space can look different if you want), add a short bio, and link your social accounts. Your Space lives at your own username — set or change it any time in Settings.
2
Add tabs
Build your Space from four tab types: Links (a simple list of buttons to anywhere), Media (videos, music and podcasts from YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Podcasts and Loom), Calendar & Booking (let visitors book time with you through Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar, HubSpot Meetings, Acuity Scheduling, YouCanBook.me, SimplyBook.me or Zoho Bookings), Products (your Digital Products, Affiliate Products, Product Pages, and Collections — see the Digital Products guide), and Embed (a live, working Competition or Deal shown right inside your Space, matching its theme). Add as many tabs as you like, and reorder them with the ↑↓ buttons.
3
Choose your theme
Pick light or dark and an accent colour. Anything you embed inside your Space — a competition or deal — automatically matches your Space's theme rather than its own, so the whole page looks consistent.
4
Publish
Click Publish (this needs an active plan; you can build and save your Space for free beforehand). Your Space goes live immediately at your own zuesful.com URL. Every Creator has exactly one Space — if you already have one, the builder opens it for editing instead of creating a second.
Spaces
Adding content to your Space
A quick look at what each tab type actually does once it's live.
🔗 Links
A plain list of buttons pointing anywhere you like — your website, YouTube channel, a blog post, whatever. Each click is tracked, so you can see which links actually get used.
🎧 Media
Show videos, music and podcasts right in your Space. Paste a link from YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Podcasts or Loom (a track, episode, album, playlist, show or video) and add a title if you like — the builder tells you straight away whether it recognises the link. Open the page on the platform and use Share → Copy link; shortened links such as spotify.link or on.soundcloud.com aren't supported, so open them first and copy the full address. Visitors see a play button and nothing loads from the platform until they click it. Media is available on every plan. Older Videos tabs keep working and turn into Media tabs the next time you save.
📅 Calendar & Booking
Show your booking calendar right in your Space so visitors can book a call, session or appointment without leaving. Supported: Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar (booking pages), HubSpot Meetings, Acuity Scheduling, YouCanBook.me, SimplyBook.me and Zoho Bookings. Paste your public booking link, or the provider's embed code — the builder confirms straight away that it recognises it, and only the booking address is kept. For Google Calendar use Booking pages → Sharing options → Website embed → Inline booking page; for Zoho Bookings use the embed code from its Embed page. You can add more than one calendar (for example a short intro call and a longer session). Nothing loads from the booking provider until the visitor clicks Load booking calendar, and an Open booking page link always sits underneath in case a provider doesn't allow its calendar to be shown inside another page. Available on every plan.
🛍️ Products
Shows cards for any Digital Products, Affiliate Products, Product Pages, or Collections you've published — pulled in live, so a price change or a product you unpublish updates automatically without touching your Space. See the Digital Products guide for how each type works.
🎯 Embed
Shows one of your live Competitions or Deals right inside your Space — a real, working entry form, not a screenshot. It automatically takes on your Space's own theme, so it never looks like a separate page.
📸 Profile photo
If you don't set one, your Space falls back to your main Creator profile photo automatically — you only need to upload a separate one if you want your Space to look different.
Competitions
Build a competition
The Competition Builder walks you through every step. Go to Competition Builder to get started.
1
Choose your prize
At the top of the builder, choose 🎁 Prize Library (pick a prize you've already saved) or 📦 I'll fulfil this myself (enter a value and handle delivery yourself — for either a digital or physical prize).
Prize Library guide →
2
Add competition details
Give your competition a clear title and description. Upload a banner image — this appears as the hero image on the competition card and listing page.
3
Set dates and entry limit
Set a start date, end date, and optional maximum entry count. Competitions close automatically at midnight on the end date. The winner is selected automatically when the competition closes.
4
Set the entry location
Choose who can enter: Worldwide, a specific country, or a custom restriction. The winner's submitted delivery address (for physical prizes) is validated against your chosen restriction.
Location guide →
5
Add bonus entry tasks and a video (optional)
Give entrants extra ways to boost their entry weight — e.g. following a social account or visiting a link. You can also paste a YouTube or Vimeo link to show a product demo or prize showcase directly on the competition page.
6
Reveal a code on entry (optional)
Toggle this on to show entrants a discount code the moment they enter. Zuesful doesn't generate unique per-entrant codes — you provide one shared code, a short description (e.g. "20% off at yoursite.com · valid for 30 days"), and an optional website URL with custom button text so entrants can go straight to where they use it.
7
Set entry requirements & T&Cs
Entry requires an email address. You can also require name and a marketing opt-in checkbox. Add your competition terms and conditions — these appear in the T&Cs dropdown on the embed and listing page, alongside Zuesful's own T&Cs.
8
Set embed branding
Choose Light or Dark theme, pick an accent colour, and select a font. A live embed preview shows exactly how it will look wherever you share or embed it.
Branding guide →
9
Publish
Click Publish competition. Publishing needs an active plan (you can build and save drafts for free), and Starter allows up to 5 live competitions at once. Once published, your competition goes live immediately — there's no review or waiting period. You get a Zuesful-hosted page you can share directly, plus an embed code from your My Competitions page if you'd rather add it to your own website or blog.
Competitions
Prize Library
Save a prize once, reuse it across as many competitions as you like — no need to re-enter the same details every time you run a giveaway.
1
Add a prize
Go to Prize Library → + Add Prize. Give it a name and choose a type: Digital gift card, Voucher code, Experience, Physical prize, Cash prize, Subscription, Membership, or Custom.
2
Add value, image, and description
Optionally set a value and currency, an image URL, and a description — these are shown internally in your Library and used in your competition's preview.
3
Add claim details (for digital prizes especially)
Claim URL — optional, where the winner goes to redeem the prize. Voucher code — optional, stored securely and hidden by default; reveal it yourself from the Library whenever you need it. Claim instructions — shown to the winner, explaining how to redeem. Winner instructions — included in the winner's notification. Internal notes — private, only visible to you (e.g. a purchase reference).
4
Save as a draft or ready to use
Save as a draft if you're not ready to use it yet, or save it fully to make it available for selection in the Competition Builder straight away.
5
Select it in the Competition Builder
In the builder's prize step, choose 🎁 Prize Library and pick your saved prize from the grid. Its value, image, and claim details carry through automatically — you don't re-enter anything.
Prize statuses
🟢 Available — ready to use in a competition 🟡 Allocated — tied to a live competition 🔵 Completed — fulfilled and closed out ⚪ Draft — saved, not yet ready to use

Competitions
Prize Library vs fulfilling it yourself
Zuesful supports two ways to set a prize. You choose at the top of the Competition Builder.
🎁
Prize Library
• Choose a prize you've already saved
• Value, image, and claim details carry through automatically
• Reusable across future competitions too
• Best if you regularly give away the same type of prize
📦
I'll fulfil this myself
• Enter a prize value directly in the builder
• Mark it as Digital or Physical
• You handle delivery to the winner yourself
• Best for a one-off prize you don't need to reuse
💡 Digital vs Physical
When fulfilling manually, mark the prize as Digital (e.g. a code, download, or online experience — no address needed) or Physical (a real item — the winner is asked for a delivery address as part of claiming). This only affects whether an address is collected; the winner review, approve/reject, and re-roll flow work identically either way.
Competitions
Location & eligibility
Control who can enter your competition by setting an entry location. For physical prizes, the winner's submitted delivery address is automatically validated against your chosen restriction.
Available location options
🌍 Worldwide (no restriction) 🇬🇧 United Kingdom only 🇺🇸 United States only 🇪🇸 Spain only 🇫🇷 France only 🇩🇪 Germany only 🇦🇺 Australia only 🇳🇿 New Zealand only 🇨🇦 Canada only 🇮🇪 Republic of Ireland only 🇮🇹 Italy only 🇸🇬 Singapore only 🇪🇺 European Union ✏️ Custom / Other (free text)
✅ Location match
For a physical prize, when the winner submits their address, it's validated against your restriction. If it matches, you see a ✅ indicator in the winner review panel.
⚠️ Location mismatch
If the winner's country doesn't match, you'll see a ⚠️ warning. You can still approve if you wish, or reject with the reason "Address outside eligible region" to trigger an automatic re-roll.
✏️ Custom restriction
Choose "Custom / Other" and enter your own restriction text (e.g. "London residents only" or "Europe excl. UK"). This is displayed to entrants but not automatically validated — you review manually.
Competitions
Branding, sharing & embedding
Every competition gets its own Zuesful-hosted page you can share directly, plus an embed code if you'd rather add it to your own website or blog.
1
Set your embed branding in the builder
In the Embed branding section at the bottom of the Competition Builder:

Theme: Light or Dark.

Accent colour: Use the colour picker or enter a hex code. This drives the Enter button, highlights, and progress bar.

Font: DM Sans (default), Inter, Poppins, or Nunito.
2
Share your competition's direct link
Every competition gets its own Zuesful-hosted page — simplest way to share on social media, in a newsletter, or link in bio. Find it on your My Competitions page.
3
Or copy the embed code
On your My Competitions page, click the 📎 Embed button on any competition card to copy the embed code, then paste it into your own website or blog as HTML. The embed is responsive and auto-resizes its height to fit the content.
💡 URL parameter overrides
You can override branding directly in the embed URL: ?theme=light&accent=3B82F6&font=inter. Available fonts: dmsans, inter, poppins, nunito.
Competitions
Winner selection & flow
When a competition closes, Zuesful selects a winner automatically by cryptographically random draw. Here's what happens next.
1
Competition closes — winner selected automatically
At midnight on the end date, Zuesful runs a fully automated random draw from all eligible entries. A secure winner token is generated and you receive a notification email.
2
Notify the winner yourself
Zuesful never contacts entrants directly by email — this step is entirely manual. Click 📋 Manually Send Winner Notification on the competition card — it shows the winner's name and email address first, followed by a pre-written email template (including their unique claim link) you can copy and send from your own email account.
3
Winner claims their prize
The winner clicks their claim link. For a physical prize, they're shown a form to submit their name, delivery address, and country. For a digital prize, no address is needed. Their claim link has no automatic time limit — it stays valid until they respond, or until you choose to reject them and select a different winner.
4
Review & approve
Once the winner responds, the card shows 📋 View & Approve Winner. Click it to see their full details, including a country match indicator for physical prizes (advisory only — Zuesful never blocks a submission automatically). Then Approve (triggering fulfilment) or Reject (with a reason, triggering automatic re-roll).
Approving guide →
⚠️ Re-roll counter
If you reject a winner, Zuesful automatically selects a new random winner from the remaining entrants and shows a Winner re-roll #N badge on the card. Previously rejected entrants are excluded from every future draw in that competition. All rejection reasons are recorded for fair competition auditing, and a ready-to-copy email explaining the decision to the previous winner appears automatically. If there's nobody left to select, the rejection isn't recorded and the current winner's details remain unchanged, so you can still approve and fulfil them if you'd prefer.
Competitions
Approving & fulfilling
After the winner responds, you review and approve (or reject) from your My Competitions page.
1
Click "View & Approve Winner"
This appears on the competition card once the winner has responded. For physical prizes, you'll see their full name, delivery address, and a country match indicator (✅ match / ⚠️ mismatch) — a helpful signal, not an automatic block.
2
Approve the winner
Prize Library prizes: If your saved prize has a stored claim URL or voucher code, reveal it from the Library and pass it on to the winner as part of fulfilling.

Manual prizes (digital or physical): Click ✅ Approve & Fulfil. You contact the winner using the details shown and deliver the prize yourself. The winner's delivery address (for physical prizes) stays accessible afterwards — a 📍 View delivery address button remains on the card once fulfilled, so you can always look it up again later.
3
Or reject the winner
Click ❌ Reject Winner. Select a reason from the dropdown (Address outside eligible region, Invalid or incomplete address, Unable to verify eligibility, Winner did not respond in time, or Other). Click Confirm Rejection.

Zuesful records the reason against the entry, invalidates the winner's token, and automatically selects a new random winner from the remaining entrants — you'll receive an email with the new winner's name and a link to notify them. A ready-to-copy email for the rejected winner also appears on the card. If there's nobody left to select as a replacement, nothing is rejected — the current winner's details are left untouched so you can still approve them instead.
Deals
Build a deal
Deals let visitors reveal a code by submitting their email. Go to Deal Builder to get started.
1
Add deal details
Enter a deal title, description, and upload a banner image. The banner appears as the deal hero image on the embed and listing page.
2
Add your coupon code
Enter one shared code — the same code is shown to every visitor who reveals it. Add the discount percentage or type, and a description entrants see alongside the code.
3
Add the redemption link
Enter the Website field — where entrants go to actually use the code once they've revealed it. This can be your own store, an affiliate link, or a booking page. It's required, since without it entrants have nowhere to go to redeem the deal.
4
Set start and end dates
Deals are live between the start and end dates. After the end date, the embed shows an "Expired" state — no new codes can be revealed.
5
Add your T&Cs
Add deal-specific terms and conditions. These appear in the 📋 Deal terms & conditions dropdown on the embed — alongside a link to Zuesful's own T&Cs and Privacy Policy.
6
Set embed branding
Choose theme, accent colour (drives the Reveal button), and font. Same branding options as competitions — see the Deal branding guide.
7
Publish
Click Publish Deal. Publishing needs an active plan (you can build and save drafts for free). Your deal goes live immediately, with its own Zuesful-hosted page you can share directly, plus an embed code from My Deals if you'd rather add it to your own website or blog.
Deals
Deal branding & embedding
The deal embed supports the same branding system as competitions — theme, accent colour, and font.
1
Set branding in the Deal Builder
The Embed branding section at the bottom of the Deal Builder has the same controls as the Competition Builder. Settings are saved when you publish and applied to the embed automatically.
2
Share your deal's direct link, or copy the embed code
On your My Deals page, share the deal's direct Zuesful-hosted page, or click 📎 Embed to copy the embed code and paste it into your own website or blog.
3
Adjust the iframe size (if embedding manually)
The deal embed fills the width of its iframe. Set width="100%" on the iframe for a fully responsive width. The embed auto-resizes its height via postMessage.
Campaigns
Campaigns & promo pages
Promo pages are single-purpose pages that grow your audience: collect email sign-ups, give away a file, pre-launch a product, or put all your links in one place. Find them under My Campaigns and create new ones from New Campaign.
🔒 Available on the Pro plan
Competitions and Deals work on every plan. Promo pages (Waitlist, Link Page, Newsletter, Landing Page and Lead Magnet) are included with Pro. On other plans these cards show a 🔒 lock, and clicking one offers an upgrade. See Plans & billing.
📄 The five promo page types available now
🚀 Waitlist / Launch · 🔗 Link Page · 📰 Newsletter Signup · 📄 Landing Page · 🎁 Lead Magnet. Each is explained in Promo page types.
⏳ Coming soon
Community Invite, Event / Webinar, Booking, Quiz / Survey, Sponsor / Media Kit and Podcast Hub are shown as "Coming soon" on the New Campaign page and can't be created yet.
📋 My Campaigns
One table for all your promo pages, with filters for All, Live and Draft. Each row shows the type, status, Views and Leads (for a Link Page it shows link clicks instead). Row buttons: View (open the live page), Leads, Embed (copy an embed snippet for your own website, blog or newsletter), Edit and Copy link.
Campaigns
Build a promo page
Every promo page builder works the same way, with a live preview beside the form. The details that are specific to each type are in the next section.
1
Choose a type
Go to New Campaign and pick a type under Promo pages.
2
Add the details
Give it a title and (usually) a description. You can optionally set a custom URL slug, the last part of its web address. Leave it blank and one is created for you.
3
Add a banner, video and T&Cs (optional)
Upload a banner image (JPG, PNG or WEBP, max 2MB). Most types also let you add a YouTube or Vimeo video link and your own terms & conditions, shown alongside Zuesful's.
4
Add credibility (optional)
Many types let you show a Creator profile panel (your name, photo and bio) and Testimonials, so visitors know who's behind the page.
5
Set the branding
Choose Light or Dark theme and an accent colour. Most types also let you choose a font. The live preview shows how it will look. Preview forms don't submit, so you won't create a real lead while testing.
6
Save a draft or publish
Save draft keeps it private. 🚀 Publish makes it live immediately and needs an active Pro plan. If your plan doesn't allow it, the page is saved as a draft instead and you're told to upgrade.
🌐 Where your page lives
Each published page gets its own Zuesful-hosted address in the form zuesful.com/<type>/your-username/your-slug, where the type is waitlist, links, newsletter, landing or get (Lead Magnet). Use Copy link on My Campaigns to grab it, or Embed to put it on your own site. A Link Page can also show a Waitlist, Newsletter or Lead Magnet (as well as a competition or deal) inside it using an Embed tab.
Campaigns
Promo page types
What each promo page is for, and the options that are unique to it.
🚀 Waitlist / Launch
Build hype and collect early sign-ups before you launch. Optionally set a launch date & time to power a countdown, show a live sign-up count as social proof, show each person their queue position, and turn on a referral link so each sign-up gets a shareable link. Referral links track who referred whom, but they don't currently move anyone up the list.
📰 Newsletter Signup
A simple subscribe page to grow your email list. Add your newsletter's frequency, a few value props explaining why people should subscribe, and optionally show a live subscriber count.
🎁 Lead Magnet
Give away a file in exchange for an email address. Upload the file (PDF, ZIP, image, video or Word document, up to 25MB). It's stored privately and only becomes a Download now button after someone submits their email. Add a short intro and "what's inside" points to sell the download.
📄 Landing Page
A flexible page built from blocks that you can add, reorder and remove freely: Hero, Subheading, Text, Image, Video, Countdown, Form, Button, FAQ, Testimonials, Profile and Divider. Use the Form block to capture email sign-ups. Set one theme, accent colour and font for the whole page.
🔗 Link Page
One page for all your links, set up with a profile (name, bio, banner and photo), social links (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X / Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and tabs: Links, Videos and Embed a Campaign (show one of your live competitions, deals or promo pages inside it). Link clicks are tracked and shown on My Campaigns. A Link Page has no sign-up form, so it has no leads.
🤔 Link Page or Space?
Your Space is your main link-in-bio page: it's included on every plan, there's one per Creator, and it lives at your own username. A Link Page is an extra Pro page with its own address, handy for a separate campaign, a different audience, or a one-off link in a bio.
Campaigns
Campaign leads
Everyone who signs up through your Waitlists, Newsletters, Landing Pages and Lead Magnets appears in Campaign Leads.
📋
See your leads
The table shows the campaign, name, email, when they signed up, their marketing opt-in status and the source. You can also open it for one campaign using the Leads button on My Campaigns.
🔍
Search and filter
Search by name or email, or use the dropdown to show one campaign at a time.
⬇️
Export to CSV
Click Export CSV to take the list into your own email tool. Only email people who opted in to marketing. Leads are your data, so you're responsible for using it in line with data protection law.
Digital Products
Products & Affiliate Products
Two ways to sell through Zuesful, depending on whether you're selling your own file or sending traffic to someone else's. Go to Digital Products to get started.
🛍️ Product
You upload one or more files (a guide, template, preset pack, whatever it is). A customer pays through Zuesful's checkout and gets an instant download link once payment goes through — no manual delivery on your part.
🔗 Affiliate Product
No file, no checkout on Zuesful. A card on your Space or product page links straight out to wherever you actually sell it — your own store, Amazon, anywhere. Zuesful tracks the click so you can see how much interest it's getting, but the sale itself happens entirely off-platform.
🔢 Plan limits
You can sell unlimited Digital Products on every plan, Starter and Pro included. The plans differ in competition volume and whether you can publish promo pages, not in how many Products you can sell. Your Digital Products page always shows your current usage.
✅ What review actually checks
Before a Product goes live, we give it a quick look — mainly to catch an empty or broken file, or anything obviously against our terms. It isn't a full read-through or a quality check, and approval isn't us vouching for what's inside. You're the seller of record, so the accuracy, quality, and content of what you sell is always your responsibility, approved or not.
Digital Products
Product Pages & Collections
Two ways to present what you're selling as their own standalone page, separate from your Space.
📄 Product Page
A dedicated, shareable page for a single Product or Affiliate Product — its own Zuesful-hosted URL with full details, images, and a buy or shop-now button. Useful when you want a direct link for a single item rather than sending people to your whole Space.
🗂️ Collection
A page grouping several Products and Affiliate Products together — for a themed bundle, a seasonal round-up, or just your full catalogue in one place. Both Product Pages and Collections can also be added as a tab on your Space.
Digital Products
Getting paid & refunds
Digital Product payments work differently from your Zuesful subscription — it's worth understanding how before your first sale.
💳 You get paid directly
Connect your own Stripe account once from Digital Products. From then on, a customer's payment goes straight into your Stripe account — Zuesful never holds your money.
↩️ You decide on refunds, we action them
Your connected Stripe account doesn't include a Stripe Dashboard of your own, so you can't issue a refund directly. If you decide a customer should be refunded, let Zuesful support know and we'll process it for you — the decision is always yours, we're just the mechanism. The refunded amount and Stripe's original processing fee (which Stripe never returns) both come out of your own balance, not Zuesful's. See Terms & Conditions, Clause 13A for the full policy.
📜 Licensing
By default, a customer who buys a Digital Product may use it personally only — they can't resell or redistribute it. You can allow more than that on your own product listing if you want to.
Creator Portal
Analytics & views
Track how your competitions, deals and campaigns are performing directly from your Creator portal. Promo page views and leads are on My Campaigns.
👁️ Views
A view is counted each time the competition or deal embed (or standalone listing page) is loaded by a unique browser session. Shown on the competition and deal cards in your Creator portal.
📋 Entries (Competitions)
Total entries are shown on each competition card. Click the 📋 Entries button to see the full entries table with entrant name, email, marketing opt-in status, entry source, and entry status.
🏷️ Reveals (Deals)
Times used and views are shown on each deal card. The Deal Reveals page shows a full table of every code reveal including email address and timestamp.
📊 Conversion rate
You can calculate conversion rate from Views ÷ Entries. A high views-to-entries ratio typically indicates a compelling prize and a well-placed share or embed.
Creator Portal
Creator profile
Your creator profile controls how your brand appears in the portal and on competition and deal cards.
✨ Display name & username
Your display name appears throughout the portal and on every competition and deal card. Your username forms part of your competition and deal share links.
🖼️ Logo
Your logo appears in the Creator portal sidebar. If no logo is uploaded, a brand-coloured avatar with your initial is shown instead.
🎨 Brand colour
Sets the colour of your Creator avatar in the portal sidebar. This is separate from your embed branding — embed branding is set per competition or deal in the respective builders.
Creator Portal
Entries & reveals
View all competition entries and deal code reveals from your Creator portal.
📋
Competition entries
Go to Entries (or click the Entries button on any competition card). The table shows entrant name, email address, marketing opt-in status, entry source, entry date, and status. Entries are read-only and can be exported as a CSV.
🏷️
Deal reveals
Go to Deal Reveals. The table shows every code reveal for all your deals: deal title, email address, and reveal timestamp.
📊
Marketing opt-ins
Competition entries include a marketing opt-in checkbox (if enabled in the builder), and the Marketing column shows who opted in. You can search by name or email, filter by status (All, Entered, Winner, Non-winners), and use Export CSV to take the data into your own email tool. Only email people who opted in to marketing.
Help
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the most common questions from Zuesful Creators.
What's the difference between a Prize Library prize and fulfilling one myself?▼
A Prize Library prize is saved once and reusable across future competitions — its value, image, and claim details (claim URL, voucher code, instructions) carry through automatically each time you select it. "I'll fulfil this myself" is a one-off entry made directly in the builder for a single competition, marked as either Digital or Physical, with no reuse. Both work identically for winner selection, review, and re-roll — the only difference is what happens when you approve the winner.
Do I need to enter a delivery address for a digital prize?▼
No. Only prizes marked as Physical ask the winner for a delivery address when they claim. Digital prizes (gift cards, vouchers, subscriptions, memberships) skip the address step entirely — you fulfil these using the claim URL, voucher code, or claim instructions you've set on the prize.
How does the deal redemption link work?▼
When you build a deal, the Website field is where entrants are sent to actually use the code once they've revealed it — your own store, an affiliate link, or a booking page. It's shown as a button (with your chosen button text, or "Visit Website" by default) once the code is revealed.
Is my deal code unique per person, or shared?▼
Shared. Every visitor who reveals your deal sees the same single code you entered in the Deal Builder — Zuesful doesn't generate individual per-entrant codes for Creators. Track every reveal (with email address and timestamp) on the Deal Reveals page.
What happens if the winner doesn't respond?▼
The winner's claim link has no automatic time limit — it stays valid until they respond, so there's no need to worry about it expiring while you wait. If a winner has gone quiet and you'd rather not wait, click View & Approve Winner on the competition card, then ❌ Reject Winner and select "Winner did not respond in time". Zuesful automatically selects a new random winner from the remaining entrants and notifies you by email, along with a ready-to-copy email you can send the original winner explaining the decision.
How does the re-roll work when I reject a winner?▼
When you reject a winner, Zuesful: (1) records your rejection reason against the entry, (2) invalidates the current winner's token, (3) selects a new random winner from all remaining "entered" entrants — excluding all previously rejected entries, (4) generates a new claim token, (5) resets the competition card so you can notify the new winner. The re-roll counter on the card shows how many re-rolls have occurred (e.g. "Winner re-roll #2").
Can I set a worldwide competition?▼
Yes. In the Competition Builder, set the entry location to Worldwide (no restriction) (the default is United Kingdom). For physical prizes, there's no country validation when the winner submits their address — you're responsible for ensuring you can deliver to any country.
Can I edit a competition after publishing?▼
You can edit the title, description, banner, T&Cs, embed branding, and location scope after publishing. You cannot change the selected prize or dates once the competition is live and has entries, to protect the fairness of the competition. Branding changes take effect immediately without needing to update the embed code.
Why are my analytics showing 0 views?▼
Views are only counted when real visitors load the competition or deal embed, or visit the standalone Zuesful listing page. Views from the Builder preview don't count. If you've just published and haven't shared or embedded it anywhere yet, views will be 0 until real traffic visits it.
How do I cancel my plan?▼
Go to Billing and click Cancel subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, with no further charges taken. Once it ends, your published competitions, deals, Spaces, promo pages and Digital Product pages are no longer visible to visitors, but your account and drafts stay available, so you can resubscribe and publish again at any time. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete or anonymise it within 90 days.
Do visitors need a Zuesful account to enter a competition or reveal a deal?▼
No. Visitors enter competitions and reveal deals entirely through the share link or embed — they do not need to create a Zuesful account. Entry requires only an email address (and optionally a name and marketing opt-in). Deal reveals require an email address.
What's the difference between a Product and an Affiliate Product?▼
A Product is a file you upload and sell through Zuesful's own checkout — the customer pays and downloads it instantly. An Affiliate Product isn't sold on Zuesful at all: it's a card that links straight out to wherever you actually sell it, with clicks tracked so you can see interest, but no payment happens on Zuesful.
Who handles refunds for a Digital Product?▼
You decide whether to refund a customer — you're the seller of record — but since your connected Stripe account has no dashboard of its own, you can't click refund yourself. Contact Zuesful support and we'll process it on your instruction. The refunded amount, along with Stripe's original processing fee (never returned on a refund), comes out of your own balance, not Zuesful's — refunds cost Zuesful nothing, so there's no reason we'd ever decline to action one you've genuinely decided on. See Terms & Conditions, Clause 13A for the full policy.
Why are the promo page cards locked (🔒)?▼
Promo pages (Waitlist, Link Page, Newsletter, Landing Page and Lead Magnet) are included with the Pro plan. If you're on another plan, or don't have an active subscription, the cards are locked and clicking one offers an upgrade. Competitions, Deals, your Space and Digital Products are not affected.
How do I see who signed up to my waitlist, newsletter or lead magnet?▼
Open Campaign Leads (or click Leads on the campaign in My Campaigns). You can search, filter by campaign and export everything as a CSV. A Link Page has no sign-up form, so it shows link clicks instead of leads.
Does the waitlist referral link move people up the list?▼
Not currently. The referral link gives each sign-up a shareable link so you can see who referred whom, but it only tracks attribution; it doesn't change anyone's position in the queue.
Can I have more than one Space?▼
No — every Creator has exactly one Space, living at your own username. You can add as many tabs to it as you like (Links, Media, Calendar & Booking, Products, and Embeds), so there's no need for more than one.
Is my Space included in my plan, or billed separately?▼
Included. Your Space is part of your Zuesful Creator subscription, the same as Competitions and Deals — there's no separate charge for it.
How many Digital Products can I sell?▼
As many as you like. Every plan, Starter included, supports unlimited Digital Products, plus Affiliate Products, Product Pages, Collections and website embeds. Zuesful takes 0% of your sales; standard Stripe processing fees apply. Your Digital Products page always shows your current usage.
